My Recipes - 27 at 27

Cooking is one of my favorite things to do. When I have a really terrible day and everything has gone wrong, it is always comforting to come home and make something that turns out wonderful and share it with my family. However, I tend to be a perfectionist and I tend to avoid things that seem to challenging or I feel will not turn out the way it should. So, with that in mind, I resolved to stretch my cooking muscles and make some of these foods without focusing on the results.

  1. Souffle
  2. Ganache
  3. Kimchi
  4. Bread
  5. Oatmeal Raisin Cookies
  6. Homemade Pasta
  7. Chicken Cordon Bleu
  8. Tiramisu
  9. Yellow Cake
  10. Chicken Fried Steak
  11. Pork Tenderloin
  12. Bruschetta
  13. Tavë Kosi
  14. Torte
  15. Fondue
  16. Hazelnut Spread
  17. Pierogis
  18. Bagels
  19. Latkes
  20. Cinnamon Rolls
  21. Toaster Pastries
  22. Coconut Shrimp
  23. Cheesecake
  24. Sushi
  25. Tortillas
  26. Prime Rib
  27. Chocolate Cake

P.S. I have to make a confession. The idea for doing a list of recipes was stolen from Kelsey over at Apple a Day - one of my favorite food blogs. Thank you Kelsey!

  1. You're so welcome. I love that you're taking this on. I must admit, I've been working on mine for two years and I'm still not done. I've learned so much and had a great time, though. I suppose that's what it's all about!
